Another year at camp and another week of fun. Somehow the week just zipped by, okay, really, the year just zipped by! How is it my girls are getting older and I’m not… ;)

So it is spring break this week and my girls are once again in art camp. Happily, they love it. We lucked out and got to ride over to camp on our bikes this morning but the rain has arrived and we were not able to ride home… What can I say, I love to bike, just not in the rain! I spent the day on dots and should have lots of goodies tomorrow… :)

This year my youngest finally got to go… it was a great week and I always love to see how artistic my kids are! :D

Perhaps the only negative was that my youngest was just too grumpy when she saw all the art that she missed out on. :D Happily enough, next year she will be able to go! The show was great, the artists were of course all so talented, and I loved seeing how proud they were of their creations!

The show was held in a building that we called the castle. The artist was quite proud. Here was her temple. I think this was my favorite piece, because it matches the pink one she made last year so nicely. They made this huge mural all week... You can sort of see how happy the younger one was to be there... Since this was the last day of camp they had an art show to share all that they made this week with the parents. It was pretty cute to see the kids standing by their creations, they were busy little campers! My oldest was of course proud of her works of art, they did paper mache, abstract painting, collages… the list goes on and on… :D Can you tell that I was a proud mom too! Heehee…

P.S.- Happy Birthday to my BLOG! It has been a year… can you believe it?! :D Lets hope I have many more. Thanks SOOO much to everyone who stops to visit… You rule!
