First I blow a fuse on a little experiment I’m doing…

and then my oxygen concentrator got a leak… In a metal part! How did that happen.

Guess I’m working on repairs this afternoon. (Can you tell I upgraded my phone… look at these super crisp pics! Oh how they make me happy! Something good to balance the fact that everything else seems to be falling apart. )

Which to follow? The rainbow or the pizza truck?! We went with the pizza truck. We were thinking pizza would be a good choice for dinner and that this was a sign we were making the right choice… I know, can you really ever go wrong with pizza?

Apparently the sunshine is simply too distracting! I had to walk over and check out the street fair at the University of Oregon. I’d link it but their information says

Street Faire vendor booths will be open Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday 10am-5pm and 10am-8pm on Saturday.

No pics or anything… I think these college kids need to get a little more web savvy! (How old do I sound?! Ha!) Anyway, I used it as an excuse for a walk, after the excuse of meeting Dude for lunch… The most interesting part was the guy giving away free hugs.

How much of an extrovert do you need to be to wave a sign around saying free hugs and giving them out?! I thought it was rather amusing…

Okay, better go try to get something done today!

So I know my blog doesn’t have a flurry of comments and there is no hot bed of controversy to get people chatting… maybe I should make some! Last night while out with my peeps I saw Paris Hilton and I think that she is preggers! Okay, not really my speed… But sometimes I reply to other people comments and unless they check back (and I know… you check my blog super often just waiting for updates… ) they never know that someone else has made a comment to their comment. Well guess what? No more! Now if you comment on my dental trauma (and I encourage you to do so!) then you will get an email when someone else comments keeping you up to date about all the excitement over here, dental or otherwise. Of course you have to check the little box to subscribe… but you will won’t you?!

Did you miss any of my beads this month? I’ve just updated my gallery so April 2010 is in the mix! As you can see it has been a month of boro… Lately I’ve been making cute little beaded beads in the same shape as these beads which I think will work into nice bracelets. I’ll try to post some pics soon.

So really, new glass alone would make me happy… but when I opened this glass and saw that it was all clearly labeled I let out a little squeal of delight! I usually buy my glass locally and then I try to label each rod myself which generally works out okay, but getting it with such easy to read labels almost makes me think I should just get it all mail order. Oh the little things really do perk up the day!
