Look at Heather and I! Aren’t we cute? We love woot shirts and we matched with our zombie candy corn for Halloween. Yeah for dorky moms!! Oh, and don’t miss our matching interchangeable candy corn earrings…

Yesterday the kids got to dress up for Halloween parties at school. Dude was a great Dad and drove them to school in his costume! What a guy… Then last night we had a spooky Halloween party for the girls and today I feel like Halloween should be done, but of course it isn’t. There is still trick-or-treating on Saturday. Oh joy, lots of tempting candy to thwart my exercise efforts… sigh… Oh well, time to boost up my self-control I guess!

Wow! Apparently everyone missed boro beads. Who knew?! I’ll have plenty more next week! Click on over to my store to see the latest. There are still a few cool sets left. I really love the Peri set. It is using a silver glass so it has swirly layered colors that can’t possibly show up well in a photo! Okay, enjoy your evening, sorry for the late update. You can imagine how crazy things are around here with Halloween coming up…

Well we have heat again… Apparently squirrels decided to nest in our chimney which kept our furnace from working. Household fun just never ends! We had guys out here on Friday who told us to call other guys who happily were able to make it out here today! Whew! Needless to say I’ve been stuck inside a bit while the chimney is tended to and so here I am updating my neglected photoblog with this great picture from the summer. Oh the careless days of summer…

Today the girls and I took a felt class here in town. I pretty much knew how to felt, but I thought it might be fun for the girls to learn. We spent all afternoon felting in the class, and then when I said maybe we should take a break and not felt anymore after the class my youngest burst out into tears and begged to keep felting! So here they are, felting away in my messy studio. Hopefully they will stay into it for more than one day, although the supplies are not too expensive. I might even need to bust out some felted/embroidered beads! I just finished another bead embroidery pendant that I need to share… tomorrow I guess.

We sent them in alone and said don’t get lost! Happily they didn’t… Okay, we did send them with a cell phone, although we weren’t sure how we would find them if necessary.

I felt like playing this weekend and I created some new and interesting designs! Some of it is a bit crazy but oh so fun… check out my store around noon to see the latest!

Took the girls yesterday and I thought it was a fun movie! Sadly we missed out on the 3-D version because Toy Story in 3-D is hogging all the space! It was still a fun night out with the kiddos and I stayed awake through the whole movie so it must have been good!

Okay I’m moving it to 12pm Pacific time. I used to try to have all the new goodies in my store by 11:30am Pacific time and it just isn’t working for me now that I’m getting off my duff to exersize in the morning so I am moving it to 12pm, aka noon. I think that will still work fine for everyone and I won’t feel bad for being late, I really hate being late!! Of course you can just watch for the email… you are on my mailing list right?
