Oh joy! My oldest needs braces. We get to go to the orthodontist all summer on Wednesday afternoons… Okay, maybe not every Wednesday, but too many! I realize I hate any medical office. I can just feel my neck muscles tighten and my head start to ache… sigh… Oh well. At least we are started and hopefully after all this moola she will have the smile of a movie star!!

I’ve updated the gallery with my most recent additions in case you missed seeing them in the Mart. Seems like I forgot to do that last week so you will see those photos too. You can tell I’m stuck on encased flowers… and now I’m remembering all the word beads that I made a while back, I made a few of those yesterday which was fun for me. I can make them smaller now which I like since the beads tend to get so heavy. Anyway, I’m sure I’ll have some of those for next week. I hope that you are having a great afternoon!

Okay, my oldest has gone off to the Coast, hopefully in a safer bus than this! They are goin to a location 2 hours away, and I am so surprised at how worried I am! Holy smokes, will I just be a wreck when she is 16 and driving on the road?! Yikes… I’m sure that I will get better, it is really the first “big trip” that she has gone on with her class without me. Sigh… how time flies. Anyhoo… just having a mom moment! Beads are on the way! Woohoo! I’m off to make more!

I will probably just have a few sets to list in my online store Tuesday morning and of course you can find my store at www.dudamart.com. The beads will appear as always at 11:30 am my time and most likely no DSA since I won’t have a lot to list. I know everyone had a busy and hopefully FUN weekend and bead shopping might not be high on your “to do” list as you get back into the swing of things! I’m just loving these florals… hopefully you will too!!

And we are off! It is going to be kinda hard to get back into the swing of things after a few oh so relaxing and indulgent days (if you only saw all the other food we ate!)

Here I am doing my nails on the drive up! Even in the rain a gal’s gotta have nice nails don’t ya’ think?!
