So our bank decided to cancel our credit card and told us to get a new one. So we do. Of course this means that we have to go give all the auto pay accounts the new number. So I am trying to update my info at Comcast (our TV/internet people) and they are “temporarily unavailable” online so I call and go to a live person ’cause I just prefer it. Well they tell me they can’t update our credit card info online for “security reasons” so I’m like okay. So I endure the automated payment process and add my new credit cart and then the computer tells me to hold for a moment to wait for a customer service representative. So I do. I tell them the saga and they indeed concur that they can’t update my info and they are not sure why the computer didn’t take the new info. So they delete the old card and tell me to call back. So I do… guess what happents again… I get sent to a customer service rep… who can’t help me! ARGHHH! Deep breath, really, does it matter?! No. 😀 Just silliness that I should ignore. But I do feel better having vented to y’all. Hopfully you have no such silliness in your day!! 😀 I’m heading out to melt glass which will no doubt be much more fun and productive than the last fifteen minutes on the phone… Heehee… Have a FABULOUS FRIDAY!!!
